Is there a free trial?+

Yes — the Team plan includes a 14-day free trial with no payment details required, giving you 10 rep invites to evaluate the platform with your real team. Business and Enterprise include a structured pilot before commitment. All plans are pay-as-you-subscribe with no lock-in, cancel any time.

What counts as a rep invite?+

Each unique rep link sent counts as one invite, regardless of whether the rep completes the assessment. Unused invites do not roll over.

Can we add more manager seats mid-subscription?+

Yes. Additional seats can be added at any time and are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period.

What is included in custom branding?+

On the Business plan, you can upload your company logo and set a primary brand colour. Rep-facing assessment pages and invite emails reflect your branding.

Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?+

Yes. A DPA is provided to Business and Enterprise customers as standard. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated security review and procurement documentation pack.

Can we integrate with our CRM?+

Direct CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is on our roadmap for Enterprise customers. In the interim, rep results can be exported from the dashboard. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
